1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the luckyplay.ph website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by luckyplay.ph ("we," "us," or "the Company"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the luckyplay.ph Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on luckyplay.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. luckyplay.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: luckyplay.ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure. You will be notified before any such action is taken.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the luckyplay.ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Specific deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card.
• Deposits are generally credited to your luckyplay.ph account within minutes for GCash and Maya, and within one (1) banking day for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.
• luckyplay.ph does not accept deposits made using credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• luckyplay.ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

luckyplay.ph offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. luckyplay.ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used or withdrawn within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Modification and Withdrawal: luckyplay.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted an offer in good faith.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the luckyplay.ph Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

luckyplay.ph is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained human dealers under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are not manipulated by luckyplay.ph.

The following fair play obligations apply to all players:

• You must play games solely for personal entertainment and not as part of any scheme to defraud luckyplay.ph or other players.
• You must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy that gives you an unfair advantage over other players or over the house, including but not limited to bots, auto-clickers, or card-counting software.
• You must not engage in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, luckyplay.ph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. No claims for winnings arising from a technical error will be honored.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information panels. luckyplay.ph does not guarantee any specific outcome or level of winnings from any game.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckyplay.ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform through your bank or payment provider.
• Using the Platform to conduct any activity that is illegal under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luckyplay.ph staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written authorization from luckyplay.ph.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the luckyplay.ph Platform — including but not limited to the luckyplay.ph name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of luckyplay.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any luckyplay.ph trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

luckyplay.ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckyplay.ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

luckyplay.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• We are required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as described in Section 3.

Upon termination of your account for a breach of these Terms, luckyplay.ph reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulatory requirements.

If your account is suspended or terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms (for example, at your own request), any verified real-money balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

luckyplay.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. For disputes relating to the regulatory aspects of online gaming, PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms may also be applicable.

Nothing in this section shall prevent luckyplay.ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
